2.  Currently assisting T. Rowe Price in the opening of a new call center in Colorado Springs.  The assignment entails assessing the market, identifying and analyzing appropriate sites, and negotiating a short term lease for approximately 50,000 s.f..  This space requirement will ultimately grow to up to 750 employees and we will work with the client to put together a development of a build-to-suit facility of approximately 150,000 s.f. for their long term needs.
3.  Assisted T. Rowe Price in the negotiation of a short term lease for approximately 60,000 s.f. in Colorado Springs to open a new call center.  This assignment involved market analysis and strategic planning to accommodate an immediate need while providing flexibility to allow T. Rowe to grow (or contract) in the area over the next few years.  Performed site analysis, and assisted in the purchase of land for development of 175,000 corporate call center to be completed in the fall of 2000.     next...
