1.  Acting as advisor to Scholastic on their overall real estate strategic plan and for thedevelopment of a 100,000 s.f. expansion of Scholastic's headquarters building located in the heart of Soho.
2.  Development of a strategic plan and ultimate implementation of a consolidation of their current facilities into a build-to-suit facility of approximately 230,000 s.f. of office and warehouse space for Scholastic Canada in Toronto. The project was completed on time and on budget in August of 1998.

Judson Memorial Church

Advising the Church on the possible lease/sale of a parcel of land owned by the Church in Washington Square South, Manhattan.  The ultimate development of this site will produce new community space for the Church's mission, significant upgrades to the existing Church, and a long term guaranteed stream of income over the next 100 years.   next...
