In 1973 Pattison started his own firm Peter Pattison Associates specializing in the development of real estate for his own account and in joint ventures with
major corporations and institutions.
Pattison has initiated and implemented development projects for Smith Kline in Philadelphia, New Jersey Bell Telephone in Newark, Ogilvy & Mather, Davis Polk in New York City, The Metropolitan Transportation Authority in downtown Brooklyn and Signet Bank and T. Rowe Price in Baltimore. He has recently headed a development team in the construction of a 500,000 square foot campus of state of the art high tech buildings for T. Rowe Price in Owings Mills, MD.
