Peter E. Pattison started in the real estate business in 1958 at

Current Consulting and Development Projects include:

1. Site selection, land purchase, development, project management for a corporate campus of approximately 550,000 s.f. of office and operations space in suburban Baltimore of which the first phase of 200,000 s.f. was completed in the fall of 1997.  This work was awarded the 1998 Building Team Grand Prize Project Team Award by Building Design & Construction Magazine for the organization and implementation of a team approach to major development.
