Over the past 20 years, individuals in our firm have worked with the Times on various real estate needs including negotiation of major leases, relocation of divisions to new, existing and renovated buildings, disposal of excess property,  and formulation of strategic plans for a number of Times Company divisions.
We located and negotiated for the acquisition of a major property on lower Fifth Avenue to be renovated and serve as the new 100,000 square foot headquarters of the Magazine Group of The New York Times.  We assembled the project team, negotiated contracts and worked as the development manager of the project.
