We developed and implemented  a long term strategy for the consolidation of approximately 230,000 s.f. of a combined build-to-suit office and warehouse facility for Scholastic Canada in the Toronto area.  The building was completed on time and on budget in the fall of 1998 and will provide Scholastic with controlled occupancy costs and expansion flexibility going forward for the next several years.
